Laura Tidwell is a renown nature photographer with a passion for wild, untouched places. Her extensive travel and adventurous spirit have brought her to some of the most remote places in the United States and beyond.
“People often ask me where my favorite places are. Without hesitation, they are those places so remote that there is no sign of humanity; places where the only sounds heard are from the wind in the trees, rushing water or crashing tide. Those places stir in me a level of creativity and inspiration that I can’t find any other way. They spark my imagination and give me a sense of peace and serenity that I want to share with the world. ”
Laura Tidwell resides somewhere on the road between her home in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona and her rural farm in Goshen, Alabama. Her work can be seen in various landscape galleries around the country as well as on display in the Places of Solitude Gallery.
